Translators Ecuador may suspend or terminate your access to the Language Service or an Order Form if you do not comply with these “Terms and Conditions of our Language Services” or if we suspect inappropriate conduct, fraudulent activities or payments, or a violation of these “Terms and Conditions of our Language Services”, with or without prior notice.

Translators Ecuador may modify or suspend the Platform or any or all of its Linguistic Services, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice to its users or clients.

2. Our Guarantees

Translators Ecuador offers explicit guarantees on quality, modality and delivery times.

Linguistic Translation Services : Before starting linguistic translation services, you can request “translation quality samples”, which will not exceed 50 words or a maximum translation time of one hour. With the approved “translation quality samples” the translation work is started as a linguistic service, once the work is delivered, if you are not satisfied with its quality, another version of the translation or work will be proposed, in the shortest period of time possible, without this translation service being subject to reimbursement. If this second option is not satisfactorily fulfilled as a linguistic translation service, a project supervisor will communicate directly with the client and will make his time available until satisfaction is achieved with the contracted service. Translators Ecuador does not make refunds, since at all times we have human resources working for the delivery to satisfaction of the service.

3. Legal Responsibility

“Translators Ecuador”, “TranslatorsEcuador.com”, “ www.translatorsecuador.com” and all of its Language Services and Clients are managed by EC-PAY, Inc. under license number 2018609109, located at 2608 Eastburn Center Num 27, Newark, DE 19711, in the United States of America. Our prices are expressed in the translation price “Per Page” according to the language combination. Our translation unit (“per page”) is based on a cap of 350 words per unit.

Exceptions: In the case of languages that use characters, a cap equivalent to the group of languages to which it belongs will be established. In the case of “Special Format Translations (DTP)”, the editing complexity of the requested service will be analyzed and not only the number of words or pages will be taken into account, but also the editing time of the professional (DTP).

iii. Type and Delivery Time

The delivery time is determined by the number of pages of the requested service, it will not be less than 3 business days, understood as a business day, the current or normal day, regardless of weekends and holidays.

The type of delivery is determined by the customer’s request and includes a “Standard Delivery” or with variable days and an “Urgent Delivery” or with a fixed delivery day.

Interpretation for Days: The interpretation will take place in two or more (2+) days in a set time of maximum 8 hours per day between 06:00 AM – 22:00 PM in Continental Ecuador time (UTC-5).

Exceptions: In the case of specific needs outside the characteristics of our calculation units for the Linguistic Interpreting Service. In the case of requests for more than 5 days, you can contact us through our contact form.

iii. Additional Costs in Linguistic Interpreting Services

Mobilization: In the event that the interpretation takes place in a place that does not have local linguistic professionals, a cost per mobilization will be established.

Lodging: In the event that the interpretation takes place in a place that does not have local linguistic professionals and the assigned linguistic professional has a service of more than one day, a cost per lodging per day will be established.

10. About Billing

Translators Ecuador issues invoices in Ecuador and the United States. If you require an invoice in another country other than those indicated, you must contact us directly through our contact form or service telephone numbers.

11. On Unpaid Securities in Credit Orders

15. About Claims

16. About Cancellations and Refunds
