The files will be attached to the quotation order and will only be reviewed by our project managers, in case we need to outsource due procedures will be taken in order to protect the content and offer a fully confidential service.

You can attach multiple files as long as they do not exceed 20 MB, the following files are accepted by this quotation module:

When your file exceeds 20 MB in size, there are online services that allow you to compress a file, if this doesn’t work send us a message.

It is a property of the video whether or not the subtitles are requested, open subtitles are inseparable from the video, always being in view of playback even when closed or CC “Closed Captions” which can be hidden in the playback of the video.

Regular delivery time of transcription services is a minimum of 5 working days from the project being allocated and both the client and the project supervisor have set the parameters on the service. Urgent delivery of the project delivered in a shorter time the cost per minute of the transcription service is increased by a percentage.

It is to differentiate a transcription in literal format or natural format, below the description:

Literal transcription: In this type of transcription (Verbatim), all sounds heard in the audio or video are written in the document, including unfinished words, repeated, pronunciation errors, such as “cocreta (concrete)”, sounds such as eh…, mmmm…. This type of transcription is usually requested for trials and expert evidence for proceedings.

Natural transcription: In this type of transcription (Verbatim Clean) the transcriber removes all irrelevant information, resulting in a more natural, clearer and more professional-looking text. Under no circumstances are the words or the meaning of the sentences changed.

Knowing the time of the audio/video file we can offer prices tailored to your requirement, it is not the same to contract a transcription of audio as to transcribe and insert the subtitles to a video, so we offer prices adapted to the type of requirement.
